For debate:
By becoming pregnant, a woman agrees to share her body for a period of time to create a new person.
If a creature, for example the bald eagle, is declared endangered and legally protected, then it's ok to smash the creature's eggs if the shell is unbroken, even if there is movement inside, because neither the egg or its contents is a bald eagle.
