Well, you probably want to know what to expect here. As a follower of the first president, George Washington, I want to put forth articles that will inspire additional thought, so you can enjoy what you already know, your beliefs in the Constitution and the country. I try to write on subjects that have been missed in all the other information sources, of course mixing in some sarcasm and humour. Enjoy the freedom.

"there is no fundamental right to be uninsured"

From "Legal Solutions in Health Reform"
"The Constitutionality of Mandates to Purchase Health Insurance"
Mark A. Hall, JD, O'Neill Institute of Georgetown University

"Since there is no fundamental right to be uninsured, no fundamental rights challenge exists."

"there is no fundamental right to be uninsured" Really?

On every deserted island there must be at least a small government and one insurance company. If they are on break when you wash ashore, you will have to locate the internet kiosk placed somewhere on the island by the Almighty. If you refuse to sign up, an IRS agent will be by monthly to collect your tax payment of coconuts, fish, and animal skins, leaving you just enough to survive.

What the article tells me is that we all need to invoke the fundamental right to be insured against O'Neill Institute professors.
