As a follower of the first president, George Washington, I want to put forth articles that will inspire additional thought, so you can enjoy what you already know, your beliefs in the Constitution and the country. health care summit- On the Record w/ Greta Van Susteren 2/26/2010

I just want to say how excellent the show was.

I wasn't able to watch the summit, being a working guy, and so listened to various commentary afterwards, from Levine, OReilly, Hannity. It was all kind of the same.

Then came On the Record. The introductory piece, and then the interviews, opened up more about what went on and the ramifications.

I was reminded of the time in the Civil War, when there was no fighting. The lines were close enough; men from both side would meet and exchange coffee, tobacco, etc. Though at war, it was an indication that, down at the level of the people, there would be a future.
